How much notice is needed for a cake order?

To ensure the availability of ingredients, we need a minimum 48 hour notice for all cake orders.

For urgent orders, please email Mika directly to see if there is anything in stock.

Can you deliver my cake?

No, currently we only have a pick up available from Parramatta by appointment.

You can pick up the cake from Monday - Friday 6am to 12pm. Saturday 6am to 9am. We are closed on Sundays.

How can I pay for my cake?

We accept online card payments and Paypal.

Can I cancel my order?

We need a 3 day notice to cancel an order for a refund.

Can I return my cake?

No, once the cake is handed over, the cake cannot be returned.

Please check the cake before you leave.

Can I visit the store?

No, we do not have a store front and cakes are by order only.

If you have any allergies or dietary concerns, please get in touch before placing your order.

Although we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, all products are made in the same kitchen and may come into contact with common allergens. We therefore cannot guarantee that any of our cakes are completely allergen-free.

Customers with allergies order and consume our products at their own discretion.
