How much notice is needed for a cake order?

To ensure the availability of ingredients, we need a minimum 48 hour notice for all cake orders.

For urgent orders, please email Mika directly to see if there is anything in stock.

Can you deliver my cake?

No, currently we only have a pick up available from Victoria Ave Chatswood by appointment.

You can pick up the cake from Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Saturday - Sunday 8am to 10am.

I have dietary requirements, which cake can I order?

Please reach out to Mika via email and we can try to cater to your dietary requirements.

How can I pay for my cake?

We accept card payments and Paypal.

Can I cancel my order?

We need a 48 hour notice to cancel an order for a refund.

Can I return my cake?

No, once the cake leaves the premise, the cake cannot be returned.

Please check the cake before you leave.

Can I visit the store?

No, we do not have a store front and cakes are by order only.
